Exhibition Identity Design

Expiration Date explores the relationship between graphic design and time, particularly in the digital age. While design has always been ephemeral, digital obsolescence adds new challenges. The exhibition examines the fleeting nature of images, questions authorship, and reconsiders design in shifting contexts.

The visual identity extendeds across posters, flyers, a dedicated website, exhibition graphics, vinyl installations, and Instagram content.

02 STREET SCENES

What if we view the web as an endless street? This intriguing question is the foundation of Street Scenes, a project inspired by Rebecca Solnit's Wanderlust: A History of Walking. Street Scenes consists of two interconnected websites meticulously crafted to immerse users in the sensation of wandering through a vibrant city street.

This publication examines a dialogue between two texts by artist and designer El Lissitzky—Typographical Facts and Topography of Typography—in relation to examples from signage design.

The website is dedicated to deep listening and the preservation of linguistic authenticity, serving as a vessel for voices and childhood memories. The stories are shared in their purest form shaped by one’s native tongue.

05 ON WRITING

Book Design

This book intertwines two voices, creating a conversation between Marguerite Duras' On Writing and Virginia Woolf's A Room of One's Own. The design reinforces each voice with distinct type treatments, while still allowing the conversation to flow seamlessly.

06 PAMPULHA MODERN ENSEMBLE

UNESCO World Heritage Site Identity Design

This visual identity celebrates the architectural and cultural significance of the Pampulha Modern Ensemble, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Brazil. Inspired by the ensemble's modernist design and organic forms, the identity combines clean typography, geometric shapes, and a warm color palette of orange, dark green and soft blue.

The logo reflects the fluid and dynamic architecture of the site, while the cohesive system extends across printed materials, signage, merchandising, and digital applications.

roooooocks.com showcases 140 different interpretations of a rock. The creation of these interpretations involved extensive experimentation with various materials, and approaches. The website allows the audience to filter by category to explore the diverse methods utilized.

08 JAMJUNCTION FESTIVAL

Music Festival Identity Design

The identity for an eclectic musical experience blending funky jazz, indie pop/electronic, and groove. The festival showcases a rich tapestry of musical styles from Berlioz’s enchanting orchestral compositions to The Funky Knuckles’ soulful jazz melodies and Béla Fleck and the Flecktones’ innovative fusion sounds.

09 THE ANTHROPOCENE REVIEWED

Book Design | Photo Collage

The book presents an excerpt from John Green’s book The Anthropocene Reviewed. Greene draws a parallel between life and art in the text using the metaphor of the world’s largest ball of paint. Central to the design are abstract compositions crafted through meticulous photo-collaging, accompanied by a typographic treatment focused on repetition to emphasize key thematic elements.
